The practice draws upon the Directors extensive experience and specialises in architectural commissions for new-build, refurbishment and conservation projects with contract values generally between £100,000 and £10 million.
We also have long standing relationships with other construction consultants and are able to recommend design team members if required.
As a small practice with highly experienced staff one or both Directors are always fully involved in every project from inception to completion.
Architects UW has also been involved in numerous refurbishment schemes, both commercial and residential. We recognise that one of the most sustainable types of development is the re-use of existing buildings, an area where we can demonstrate particular expertise.
The team portfolio also includes high quality new build construction with projects such as sports pavilions, one-off houses and commercial units.
We are currently working on a number of new hostels across the country for a major charity with the first project due on for completion later this year and two opening at the end of next spring.
